The teams at Startup Junkie and Conductor have come together to create the Arkansas Entrepreneurship Policy Framework. In it, we propose a Four Pillar framework to achieve an Arkansas that supports talent creation, an entrepreneurial culture, community engagement, and access to capital through entrepreneur-friendly policy.
