In a world that constantly demands our attention and energy, it’s crucial to establish healthy boundaries and effective methods of self-care in order to maintain success and sanity. This workshop will equip participants with a deeper understanding of how our core values inform and influence us personally and professionally, practical tools and strategies for establishing and maintaining healthy boundaries and self-care practices within our relationships at work and at home, and increased confidence and empowerment to prioritize our well-being, and ultimately our success, by cultivating a life aligned with our values.
This workshop will be led by Kayla Gowin, LPC of UCA Psychology & Counseling.
