Protecting What You’ve Built

This workshop is designed to shed light on a few areas you’ve likely thought about, but may not have fully planned for. We will focus on partnership/ownership issues, exit and succession planning, and a touch of liability control. Most of the problems we’ll discuss aren’t caused by bad people — they’re caused by outdated documents and unexamined assumptions. If you haven’t reviewed your operating agreement, succession plan, or contracts in the last few years, it’s probably time.
