It depends on how you’re operating, but in most cases, we do not consider Independent Contractors as qualified members. For example, if you’re working under a larger umbrella organization selling insurance, providing financial management, selling houses, etc. Or if you’re working as an independent contractor under a multi-level marketing company, you would not qualify. We’re able to keep the costs of the membership so low due to our amazing funders who want to see us help small businesses start, grow, and create new jobs, so unfortunately we do have to limit our ability to provide memberships.<\/p>\n

Yes! There is a refrigerator and freezer to store your food. The kitchen is available to all members, along with coffee and snacks. There are plates, silverware, cups, coffee mugs, and utensils. All we ask is for members to wash dishes immediately after use and clean out items from the refrigerator at the end of each day.<\/p>\n

Absolutely! We allow guests for meetings (not for coworking) and we ask our members to let their guests into the building when they arrive and escort them out at the end of the meeting. Members are responsible for their guests while they are in the space.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
